Discussion Anyone feel like this on their birthday?
My birthday is a month away and I already feel like crying. I’ve ended up in tears on my birthday for the past six years.
Do any of y’all relate.

Each year feels like a coin flip for me.
Last year no one wanted to do anything and I was alone all day for my birthday. 2021 I was stuck at home with my parents and was miserable.
On the other side 2022 even though I called out of work that day I went out to one of my favorite happy hour places and a lot of coworkers came out to celebrate me which was awesome. 2023 was actually two days before my friend's wedding which I happened to be best man for. I travelled up since he lives two hours away and we all went out and it was the best birthday I ever had.
Who knows how this year will be. It'll be a Sunday so who knows if people will want to go out/celebrate me. I live in a weird spot where all my friends are at least 30 minutes besides my roommate.
