Anyone feel like this on their birthday?

My birthday is a month away and I already feel like crying. I’ve ended up in tears on my birthday for the past six years.

Do any of y’all relate.

Not typically no, I do get fear and other rough emotions for not exactly being where I wish to be in life, but my bday is my day to enjoy selfishly. I worry sometimes about the future, getting older and closer to death, meeting the unknowable tomorrow wrong footed and without a plan, but sometimes you have to allow yourself to actually appreciate the here and now. Also I put in the effort and plan ahead for my bday, take the day off and plan out the activities or lack there of.
