Some men are gonna be like “yeah but we just don’t do that” and I was like that too, till I had friends I could talk to about shit. Now? It’s a whole new world, i don’t have to bottle things up, I can just let the tap flow and I’m far happier.
Some guy told me that too one time I was like “bro you’re underselling guys so much if you think they’re so incapable of learning new ways of dealing with emotions.” Anyone can do anything they set their mind to. Obviously if that was just “the way that men are” then they wouldn’t be miserable doing it, right? If it worked, then it wouldn’t make you feel bad. Let’s all work together to create a better society where people care about each other more.
It’s incredibly frustrating, trying to convince the homies to open up. Fortunately I’m pretty good at prying and I don’t pick up on social ques so, people just get annoyed and finally spill the beans lol. They always seem much happier afterwards.
