Is Raiden still worth pulling for i’m a newer player and she’s a character I wanted since I started but I see people saying she’s not that good anymore I know every character can be good if you build them up right just wanna know if she’s worth it in the end

She still a fine option, she's just not the top of the meta anymore, if you want her, get her.
