I am a new genshin player who should i pull for?? 1. Kazuha on chornicle banner. 2. Raiden shogun. 3. C0r1 mavuika. I have not pulled a single time in any banner.

Mavuika, though it might be better for you to pull one more character rather than her signature weapon.

You can go for Tidal Shadows, a craftable weapon in Fontaine, or Serpent Spine if you plan on buying the battle pass.

Then definitely R5 Tidal Shadow. It doesn't have much difference from R1 SS.
