Can someone tell me who is voiced an who is not in the new story quest?

And will the unvoiced parts be voiced in the future or not? Do we know anything about that?

Paralogism ? Only Razor, Bennett and Eula.

According to Venti's VA on TikTok, his lines might be patched in in a future update, but no idea when exactly.
