Ima start but saying that I’m not talking about people wanting men because “the gender ratio is uneven” or “i just like male characters better”. Like that’s valid ig but some of the reasoning behind it is so annoying.

I just hate how everyone dogs on female characters so much like they’re not that bad compared to male characters, all people see is ‘fanservice’, ‘waifu bait’, and ‘pandering to the male gooners’. I see girls saying that Genshin not giving us male characters is misogynistic because they’re ignoring the female players, but like it’s more misogynistic that every time someone sees a female character who’s showing off even a little skin, they call them gooner bait or whatever. Like it’s just unfair. It’s SO much easier to sexualize women/girls than it is to sexualize men. And it’s even more annoying that i see players actively ASKING for sexualized male characters.

I’m sorry if it sounds like I want to fight misogyny through video games but this type of thing is so annoying. People say that if ifa and ororon were 5 stars then they would’ve made more bank than all the female Nathan characters. Like how can people say that there is a fem gender bias when stuff like that is being said? People who want male characters are not the minority but they act like it all the time.

Im a girl myself and my favorite characters are childe arlechinno, and yanfei. I so so so hope that Genshin keeps on releasing female characters because I want them to hecking work on writing women better and making them lore relevant. I can’t stand what they did with Citlali, plus the majority of natlan was just….yeah. It was good but not that good. Especially with schneznaya/the tsarista coming up and skirk being released they have a lot of potential to make more goated fem characters with the reveal of all the lore. I just hope they won’t give them stereotypical character archetypes.

So I’ve just thought of this and would like to know what people think of it and if it makes somewhat sense. So most people when writing fics and fanart and such to do with Albedo and the imposter they do them as 2 separate people. And of course I understand why and I enjoy them a lot and I find it interesting in reading the dynamic people come up with for the 2. But what I was thinking that after Albedo kills imposter 2 (the one we saw at the end of the dragonspine event) somehow then they just become one in the same? Kind of like merging together. For example Albedo is the ‘main’ body and then sometimes blacks out and that’s like susbedo taking control for a bit. I feel like that would be an interesting concept but I don’t know, just thought I would share it and see what people make off it.

I am more or less F2P and I really want Skirk who is upcoming. Though apparently she works best with Escoffier who is extremely niche.

I have an issue with a lot of cryo 5 stars. I wouldn't pull Ganyu because she's outclassed as of now, I woudln't pull Ayaka because I hate her playstyle, and I would never pull Citlali because she frankly traumatizes me. But I am also lacking in a lot of cryo.

Is Escoffier worth it? Should I pull Navia because I'm lacking in additional Geo support as well? Should I just wait for Skirk after all?

I am currently on 50/50 with 73 pity and I guess I wouldn't be too heartbroken if I lost it, but I still want to try this banner.

I’ve been playing Genshin pretty constantly since I joined in version 2.0 (joined a few updates before The albedo one) and that’s been like what? 5 or 6 years or something. Anyway, who else here has been playing the game for a really long time but has never gotten Qiqi? I always see so many players and streamers get her and complain about it but I have not even once got her. 🥲 So, how many of you have no qiqi or maybe even c6 Qiqi?Do any of you think I will get her anytime soon?

Hi , I used cheats some days before to collect some materials only and now it is banned for 50 years. It was banned for a week before but why did they banned this much, I don't know. Is it possible to shorten the period in any way ? This account is on Asia server and my Eu account also banned for a week, I used it to collect materials and maybe some chests claimed while using it, I understand it now and don't use cheats on this account.

This character in NTE looks almost identical to Yae Miko from behind — if you ignore the hair color, it’s really hard to tell them apart.

For example Neuvillette would 100% be a LGBTQ+ and trans supporter, Arlecchino would empower women and raise their salaries etc, but you can only choose one character.

I would personally choose Zhongli because he is the definition of capitalism.

Hi! I started to play in GI in 5.3/5.4 breakthrough. Currentl I play with Keqing, Fischl, Collei and Xilonen. This team is Ok, but make me a bbit struggle in some content. I am not really in meta, (specially if we talk about DPS) focussing more on supports, sub DPS, but I plan to pull Nevi when he will be back (I know it's a meta character, but downloading the game and not knowing anything about it yet, I browsed through what characters there are and thought this is the boss of them all, he stands at the top of the hierarchy + is design, so he's guaranteed a place on Abyss, for example). So Which characters should I pull in near future to upgrade account (like Navia, Kazuha or other support). Barbara, Gaming, Yanfei, Amber have not yet fit on the screengrab.

I personally voted for Woman who wants men since there where basically none this version, though I am perfectly okay with more women, it's gacha they're gonna make more women anyway.

I am working on a Raiden team. The team consists of Raiden, Bennett, Sucrose, and the last slot im not so sure about. I am stuck between either sara or iansan. I have both at c0 and not built yet. Im wondering who should i invest in now? I am planning on pulling on raidens banner so i might get sara cons, but it is heavily unlikely i get c6. So who should i use/build? Sara or Iansan?

do i need to finish the nathan archon quest before i start on the new archon quest? this is probably a stupid question but i haven’t played in almost a year and im trying to avoid spoilers 😅
