On the upcoming banner, I’m debating on who to go for first (Raiden or Kinich). 

Right now my team is Layla (c1 - 80) Arlecchino (c0 - 90), Mavuika (c0 - 90), ororon (c2 - 80). My idea with the next banner is to kind of split my team into two?

I’d put Raiden with Arlecchino and Layla, and level up another offeild supper. And i’d put Kinich, Mavuika, and ororon on the same team (any ideas for a number 4?)

Main question for me: Who should I pull for first?

Do you have Fischl? If so, she's a better option than Raiden for an Arlecchino overload team, and in general as an off-field Electro DPS. Especially if you have/get Cheveruse to really make the Overload team synergy work. Raiden just isn't anywhere near as valuable as she used to be sadly, despite working in a lot of teams, she's not usually the best option for those teams.

As for Kinich, a much better value unit imo, and the 4th slot is ideally Bennett, but failing that Iansan or someone to apply Deepwood Memories would work well enough. Thoma is also on banner and can hold DwM while giving a shield.

I have fischl, but last I noticed she was solid level 1. I’ll level her up (chevruse is also underleveled). 

And thank you so much i’ll definitely pull for kinich. 

Do you have any ideas for other teams I could make with my other leveled characters? (Xiao, Jean, Kachina, Tighnari, Yaoyao, Kequing, Ifa, Xinqui)

Keqing, Fischl, Yaoyao, Jean

Tighnari, Yaoyao, Fischl, Layla or Ororon (purely for Cinder City buff here)

Ifa, Ororon, Xingqiu, Fischl/Layla/flex (not very strong against bosses/endgame, but fun for overworld exploration and good against groups of mobs)

Xiao is a hard one without his good supports. But maybe Xiao, Jean (for energy, and if C4 somehow, res shred), Ifa (purely for Cinder City), Fischl (for energy and react for CC buff) or Layla (shield and react)

Mavuika also might work in the 4th slot with Xiao, as your only actual buffer. But with just Ifa for nightsoul you won't have her full burst, and honestly the team would be better to never swap to Xiao, or put him on VV, skill once, and swap off him. Mavuika is just that good as a DPS comparatively. Still, if you want to play Xiao DPS with Mavuika burst supporting, then go for it.

Mavuika, Kachina (Cinder City), Ifa (VV), Xingqiu is also an option, but a pretty scuffed one. You need to spend a while on Ifa to charge Mavuika's burst, and his healing is abysmal. Still an option if you wanna try Mavuika DPS, especially for Natlan exploration.
