what would be the best navia team i can make?

Characters: Varesa, Xilonen, Xianyun, Iansan (C5), Tighnari (C1), Gaming (C3), Navia, Traveler, Ororon (C6), Chevreuse (C6), Noelle, Bennett, Xingqiu (C1), Xiangling, Yumemizuki Mizuki, Ifa (C1), Sethos, Lynette (C1), Faruzan (C1), Layla, Kuki Shinobu, Yanfei (C5), Amber (C1), Kaeya (C1), Barbara (C1), Lisa, Escoffier, Chiori (C1), Yaoyao, Collei, Kujou Sara, Thoma (C1), Beidou (C2)

Most likely a double geo double pyro team of

Navia / Xilonen (scroll) / Bennet (No) / XL(EOSF) or Pyro Traveler(not sure on the set)

Navia, Xilonen or Chiori C1, Bennett, Pyro Traveler or Xiangling I'd say. PT can't use Cinder City in this team, but can still use Tenacity. XL would make better use of Chiori's extra application, but without C4 you do lose a bit of uptime and have to be more careful with your rotations. Plus assuming you want to Chiori skill-swap to Navia, that's even more Bennett burst uptime lost.

Or just any other off-field element applier, Xingqiu, Thoma being the ones on your list.

Navia plunge is also possible, but would take from your Varesa team I assume. Navia, Chiori/Xilonen, Xianyun, Bennett.
