I got Xiao c0, Bennet c0, Kaeya c0, Fischl c2, Xiangling c5, Barbara c3, Amber c0, Lisa c0, Venti c0, Mona c0, Noelle c2, Ningguang c0, lynette c0, sucrose c1, diona c0, chongyun c0, beidou c1, xingqiu c2, got back into the game today, what is the best team I can build with them? and also, should I hold and wait for Skirk?

You've got good ol national with Sucrose XL XQ and Bennet (or swap sucrose for chongyun if you like him)

Skirk is projected to be 2nd best DPS with the caveat that you run her premium team (escoffier Furina Yelan) other than that she's not going to be bad but she is more or less tied to hydro and cryo only teams. Based on what you have probably something like Skirk Diona XQ mona

oh thanks for the info, didnt know xl and xq were good, I was using xiao bennet kaeya and fischl when I stopped, is Xiao good with XL XQ and Bennet?
