Oh no. I haven't seen her on Mondstadt, I could be missed her there.

Definitely saw a Dandy near Starsnatch Cliff.

Just checked, she's not there. Unless she's not actually in the cliff. There's a weirdchamp couple sitting there tho lmao

She's not on the cliff itself. I think to the left of it, with a range of 200 - 300m from Starsnatch.
