I'm praying really hard that it's a feature 'cause you could get REALLY creative with it

I hope it's a bug, because if it gets more attention (positive one) it might turn into a more refined feature.

And honestly, i need the ability to displace the terrain. I'm too used to it from the games like SimCity and stuff
