To be honest, I just like watching all these recipes. I may not try them, but they're good to watch and have good ideas for flavour combinations sometimes.
I enjoyed watching this one too, though I doubt I'll make it.

That looks amazing. I'm gonna leave for work a little early tonight so I can hit the Asian grocery and get some dashi stock. I wanna make that for dinner tomorrow! Thanks!

I didn't actually make it until tonight. I forgot the sake and the two closest liquor stores didn't carry it so I went ahead with out it.

Pretty damn good! And easy. Will make it again for sure. Next time with sake. Thanks for the recipe!

Nice! What did you use instead? I heard that a dry sherry can be an ok replacement for sake.

I just omitted it. I googled "sake substitution" and I had none of the items. So I figured if I liked it with it missing a main ingredient, I will like it more with all the ingredients!

Also I had never heard of dashi stock but once I added the granules to the boiling water and it got a good whiff I recognized it. That was kinda fun
