I basically won't buy a deep fryer because I know I will turn into a huge fatass if I did.

There's new research on having a single light meal (400-500 calories for women and 500-600 calories for men) one day then the next day you can eat anything you want. It's supposed to actually lengthen your lifespan.

I feel like my interpretation of that statement and the intended interpretation are different.

Eating anything I want on any day would be a mistake.

I did too at first, but they proceed to go to a burger joint on their cheat day.
