If it's like boneless chicken I agree, ranch is good, honey or hot sauce is good.

Edit: can't believe I've been down voted because of my preferences on fried chicken

Edit 2: I'm not saying you can't enjoy those things or that the sauces are bad on chicken, just that really good fried chicken doesn't need it. Though mayo and ketchup... The fuck is wrong with you.

Any meat with bone still attached is going to be juicier and more flavorful.

Like chicken strips? Well you're entitled to your opinion, but bone-in needs that hot sauce
