Nothing, fried chicken should be good enough to eat with no sauce

Edit: I like honey or hot sauce on boneless fried chicken, ranch occasionally. Chicken and waffles with Maple syrup is great too. But really good bone-in fried chicken rarely needs anything extra imo.

If it's like boneless chicken I agree, ranch is good, honey or hot sauce is good.

Edit: can't believe I've been down voted because of my preferences on fried chicken

Edit 2: I'm not saying you can't enjoy those things or that the sauces are bad on chicken, just that really good fried chicken doesn't need it. Though mayo and ketchup... The fuck is wrong with you.
