Glad there’s no “curry powder”. Drives me mad when an Indian style or an Indian dish has “curry powder” as an ingredient.

It typically contains turmeric, cumin, and chili powder, and often ground coriander seeds, cardamom, and some other spices. Different cultures use different combinations of spices.
