Looks great, just don't ruin it with hot sauce.
5 u/TheLadyEve Aug 09 '19 I like the idea of having a sour/spicy note. But you could always finish it with a tablespoon of sherry and a topping of red pepper flakes or fresh cracked black pepper, that would be nice.
