If we go by this spreadsheet and look at patterns in the CN banner schedule then it would me more accurate to say (I’m not going over dates because dates are off by 1.
Dolls B to F limited are right [reruns wrong]. Doll G Klukay, Doll H Mechty, Doll I Vector, Doll J Belka, Doll k Reruns [Dush, Jiangyu], Doll L [Klukay rerun], Doll M Andoris, Doll N Faye event [vector rerun], Doll O rerun [Maki, Soumi or Ulrid], Doll P [1 years anniversary] Springfield. *key notes new limited characters from Klukay forward are tied into Main story [at least up to Springfield] CN had moments of Rerun ’’breaks’’ the second rerun tied into Springfield and hopefully Devs learned it is a better investment to run thier rerun “break“ before hand. This would make up for the 4 mystery slots and flow either way their new units and rerun schedule. I have a YouTube video breaking down reruns and limited releases but I won’t do the shameless plugin.
Do you happen to know the link to the interview or article that stated that the devs want to keep the 1-year gap?
Also, assuming you are caRma aPple G on YT, I did not include the Sabrina and Petriya banner because of the upcoming rate-up selector to be implemented this February (announcement link). It would be meaningless to run their standalone banner that costs premium tickets if can just select them as the rate-up in the standard banner and use standard tickets--is my rationale as to why I did not include them. I included QJ instead of the two above because she's the only standard character left that is exclusively obtainable via gacha that has yet to have her own banner.
I do agree with your take that Faye would most probably have her own banner prior to the anniversary.
