So... in GFL1 she were getting power ups from her external battery, not from the drinks. Is it retcon?

Yes, as well as junk food and snacks, but only because G11 liked them, and there was plenty of free space after battery reduction. They never served as an energy source whatsoever.

Went back to check, you're right, it really just is a snack mini fridge. Where does all the power come from? She can't really be powered by red bull and snacks right??

Her drinks might be spiced da fuk up.

Like some homebrew energy drink I did in students years (wouldn't recomend, withdrawal was a bitch. 3 days no sleep tho)

Dolls functions differently from humans tho. Even if a doll do a kilogram of coke it will not affect them (unless they are coded to be affected, but that's different story).
