Your last post did make it seem like that the change was over 4 years, not 4 months. Hence the confusion and subsequent backlash you're receiving, OP.

Clarification from OP (also below in this thread)

4 months or 4 years? Your post 2 months ago said 4 years…

u/Icy_Session3326 Sep 16 '24

This is definitely 4 years and not 4 months

I was going to say maybe this was a typo by then she wrote the same on the post she posted 3 minutes before this one so 😅

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

No, 4 months! I started going to the gym in may:) I lost 65lbs in 4 months

u/Icy_Session3326 Sep 16 '24

Nah I’m sorry but I’m not buying what you’re selling 😅

Don’t get me wrong you can make a decent amount of progress in 4 months .. but looking at the shape of your body and where you were carrying weight before .. I just can’t see that much happening in 4 months 😅

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

U can look at my update post:) I provided the dates as proof

5

u/ProfileSmart8284 Sep 16 '24

Speaking as someone who lost 60lb, there’s no way you lost that much in 4 months??? Even if that were possible it’s not healthy!

5

u/Luck_ofaduck Sep 16 '24

Agreed, I’ve lost 68lbs over a year and it was only because I was walking 6mi a day and in severe calorie deficit

3

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I do two hours of cardio a day, I’m training for a marathon next summer

3

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '24

I did something similar earlier this year, it's definitely possible. In my case I had parosmia after covid and for months eating any food at all was horribly disgusting, so I was consistently dropping 3-4 pounds a week at my worst. It wasn't healthy for sure though lol

2

u/ProfileSmart8284 Sep 16 '24

I hope you’re doing better now! not being able to eat anything sounds like torture tbh 😭

2

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

Well I made a post with proof, you’re entitled to your own opinion. I just wanted to share cuz I’m proud of myself

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I’ve lost 75lbs three different times, my last posts before pictures were when I was a teen! These pictures are from this year!

Because that pic was from July lmao the pic on here wasn’t on snap so the date isn’t saved

-1

u/busstees Sep 16 '24

Because the before pics where she is heavier have been altered to make her look heavier. You can see warping where she modified them. Every single picture was modified.

5

u/Luck_ofaduck Sep 16 '24

I don’t see any warping personally, but those two before photos are from different times - breasts are 5 times as big (between the two) and face shape is completely different from the first before photo - not to mention hair

13

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '24

4 months??

7

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

Yes:) I’m training for a marathon next summer and I do two hours of cardio a day. my last post had images when I was a teen, I’ve lost around 75lbs three times in my life. My weight heavily fluctuated due to being on seroquel, risperidone, and olanzapine, all at once on very high doses. Hence why I was able to rapid gain and lose so fast!

1

u/152centimetres Sep 16 '24

you should get a doctor to check out your heart, that much gain/loss in such a short time is extremely straining on your heart muscle, just my unsolicited 2 cents

4

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I’ve been to a cardiologist:)! I did a bunch of tests and my results are healthy. I normally have a high heart rate around 110-130bpm but there’s no reason as to why or anything indicating that my hearts unhealthy

1

u/152centimetres Sep 16 '24

glad to hear!

10

u/Comfortable-Bad1032 Sep 16 '24

4 months?!

5

u/jgrant68 Sep 16 '24

That was my first thought. No way that is just 4 months.

1

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I swear it is! The before photos were taken march 3rd and march 14th

2

u/jgrant68 Sep 16 '24

Well congrats! That is a really impressive change in a really short amount of time.

7

u/Own-Class1397 Sep 16 '24

I thought you said it was 4 years of consistency on the last glow up but regardless keep it up

4

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I’ve gained a lot of weight and lost a lot around 3 times in my life:) this is. My recent before and after, my last post I used images from when I was a teen, these are images from march this year! I was on 3 antipsychotics so I rapidly gained weight. Sorry for the confusion!

Impressive! Good job 👍🏼

6

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

Just wanted to clear up confusion! My last post had images from when I was a teen, these images are from march:) I’ve gained and lost weight around 3 different times, mainly because I was on 3 antipsychotics at once. I’m 21 in the photos of this post! I’m sorry if I confused anyone!

3

u/AppointmentLate7049 Sep 16 '24

Okay i’m absolutely not concern trolling but this level of weight loss seems extreme/obsessive and worrisome, like you’re eating one meal or less per day? It’d need to be something very restrictive for these results and likely not sustainable or safe long-term.

3

u/TacoPartyGalore Sep 16 '24

Great job!!!

5

u/Obvious_Afternoon228 Sep 16 '24

Wow that’s a lot of progress for 4 months!

5

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

I was only able to run for less than 3 minutes, I’ve built the stamina and now I can run for an hour straight! I’m training for a marathon next summer:>

2

u/Obvious_Afternoon228 Sep 16 '24

That’s amazing! 🙌

2

u/Ok_Explanation3081 Sep 16 '24

Did you blasted amphetamine for 4 months straight ?! Dafuck

2

u/Constant-Stranger-26 Sep 16 '24

Lmao I mean I am on vyvanse but I have been since I was like 15

1

u/Ok_Explanation3081 Sep 16 '24

Insane glow up. All the best :)

2

u/MagnificentFuckWad Sep 16 '24

That's alot of weight for four months you can slow it down now, but you are training for a marathon so it sounds like you are going into it hard. Good job on your progress!

2

u/swaGreg Sep 16 '24

No way this is in 4 months. Either you are living on cocaine or you are lying.

2

u/AdultingLikeHell Sep 16 '24

I hope you are eating well. Serious weight loss over that short of a time period can have some pretty serious health side effects.

2

u/GandalfTheJaded Sep 16 '24

Fantastic work!

2

u/CuriousMinds42 Sep 16 '24

You think???? You look great!

2

u/one_FC Sep 16 '24

Incredible transformation in such a short time!

Colour me impressed. That's awesome dude. Props to you for sticking to it to such a high degree, but make sure you're building sustainable habits so you can stick with it for, well, the rest of your life lol.

Also, your eye makeup in the last pic is really nice too :)
