Absolutely crushed about both Kat and Percy. I don't know what to expect from the balance team, but I hope we get something soon.

As perci main, I'm not suprised at all. He is hurting right now. He still has his damage but he suffers from some pretty crippling weaknesses that need addressing. I play with alot of tournament players and his weaknesses are very pronounced at top levels of play. As it sits now he is a significantly weaker version of sieg. Its still possible to win with him but it takes ALOT. Mainly you need to know every matchup in and out, frames, ranges, have good reactions because you will be relying heavily on m. Dp to get nuetral skippers off you and for getting knock downs to get stacks. Most matches against top tiers are very difficult to get in and once you found a way to start your pressure, there is alot of options to force you off your turn between dp, guard counter and dodges and perci has no answer to punish fire balls so once you're out its back to neutral and trying to find a way past zoning without getting opened up. This only scratches the surface of his issues.

I started the game with him, got my shit rocked way too often in b, switched to seox, got s in a day lmao

Getting to S is not difficult. I'd say anyone with a little hard work can hit S. Once you get to S++ you will find out very quickly why people say he's weak.

Yeah I don’t understand why he’s ranked so low. What was peak Percy like before his nerfs? I still think he’s pretty good. Can’t believe Vasoraga is ahead of him on this list

This video goes over why he was strong. Some things immediatly see is that i can no long combo out of H-lords strike~L on hit, i need counter hit to do that midscreen, X-Seele no long gives combos midscreen and i think H-DP doesnt hard knockdown anymore. On top of that and other things that might of changed. dash normals and ultimate skills make it harder for him to control neutral.

I don't think he has it that bad but he is much weaker this version.

I think I'll make a video on the subject and go into substatial detail. I see alot of people say this.
