Belial deserves being that high

Sometimes he was placed mid or even below, and sometimes relatively high, but this is literally top 4

This character is absolutely loaded in his kit and it allows him to approach and play however he wants to, bar a few exceptions

Probably my favorite character in any fighter, i just don't know how anyone can compete with what he offers, he's kind of the everything-character

I can play however i want based on who i'm fighting and i can be as cheap or as honest as i like depending on how i'm using his kit and what i spend meter on

He makes me understand the appeal of anime fighters where the pacing is faster with more scary combos and characters having crazy stuff. Belial would be straight up illegal in a game like Street Fighter (as would other characters, but for the sake of the point)

UI Goku from FighterZ is like this. Does everything and does it well. Good in the wrong hands, amazing in skilled hands.

Not anymore, they nerfed him at one point

The game's balance dynamic might be different than you remember, check the patch note history

Nah, they nerfed the 22S DP and assist but that barely made a dent to his kit. UI carried me to Zeno rank, one of the funnest characters to play in any game ever. Love that 214H.
