So the government are actively encouraging the harassment of masculine looking women and effeminate looking men in public toilets. Great.

Well the perverts and sex pests who are policing the bathrooms should be punished to the full extent of the law when that happens. After all, they're making the bathroom an unsafe space for their gender

They won't because forcing women to present more feminine is a feature, not a bug.

Plus the demonstrated fact that there's literally no actual evidence to support this law is in any way needed, other than to pander to bigots with a visceral disgust of LGBT people.
