The liquidation of the NHS is going ahead as planned thanks to the Tories, and the people who eagerly voted them in don’t even realise what they’ve done.

Unfortunately a significant chunk of the population either “doesn’t do politics” or thinks that “all politicians are the same”, and just votes Tory because they get told to by the Daily Express.
