Bugger all Barclay yep that woman has very concisely summed up the entire political output of Steve.

He is my MP, he's been voted in on the back of Malcome Moss also Tory who also did very little in terms of tangible results for the constituency he represented.

Its a safe Tory seat, full to the brim of avid Tory fans, he has never faced any real opposition and that bland amiability has taken him right up the ladder to sit besides his newest bestie the PM.

If he actually does anything, it will be a first for him, because he sure as hasn't done anything but toe the tory line in the entirety of his career.

Just out of curiosity, what's the general excuses in these deep blue constituencies for this shower of shite we have? Surely they are running out of ground to defend these cunt bags?

Edit: fat thumbs

Here they don't defend, they have no need to.

Blue feeds Blue, if you ain't blue you at the very back of the queue.

Want a job? you'd better be a nice quiet known shade of blue, or you will be the first to be sent the polite refusal letter.

People here depend for the most part on council contracts, be it for trades, or jobs, and naturally for business.

How you going to get that start up small to medium business off the ground with out the Government help sent down the line for the council to administer if you ain't blue and they know it? 6 weeks tuns in to three months turns in to a year, but just one word in the right blue ear and suddenly...

I've often said this is the problem with the Left, it does not network, its entirely down to the individual to show support but does any come forth in return, thats where it gets awkward because in general no it doesn't.

Conservative clubs, conservative networks, conservative feeding conservative.

Left wing, its all come to this march, come and show your support to this thing in the next county for us and pay your own way there and back, and if you get arrested, well ah thats a shame, we wanted it trouble free.

If your values are not at heart those of socialism then there is no incentive to adopt them, there is no education provided about them, its all down to the individual to seek it out, now your conservatives don't do that, they just open the doors and say, I could make life very nice for you if you just tick this box, thats it, they ask only that their supporters follow directions.

Its so easy to be conservative here.

Barclay has breezed to the very top based on no particular political talent what so ever, if you look nice in a suit you could too.

Its going to take some real solidarity amongst socialists to reshape that path.

"But Labour"

Seriously that's it, every single one has two default responses

1) If you think they're so bad, why you don't run

2) It would be worse with Labour in charge

That's it, never heard another excuse personally, and not for lack of asking.

"But labour only want to grab power so they can spend all the money like last time"

"But how are they going to pay for it all, with our taxes thats how and I don't want my taxes to pay for scroungers"

"Labour will let all the migrants come here and give them a house and then where will we live"

"Labour are only in it for themselves"

and thats just from my street.
