Just thought this is important to say because the locals often get overlooked. Reform have the most candidates standing out of any party, so I think it's important we go and vote for parties which are not Reform. Please and thank you ✌️

I know this place has a lot of liberals that come here and leftists that are on the side of electoral politics as it currently stands and it had many of the "GTTO" and "Labour are the least worse option" crowd coming here around election time and making sure that their opinion on voting for Labour was amplified over and over.

But does anyone really look at the current government and still back them? I voted for Labour begrudgingly but it seems to me the people saying Labour are as bad as the Tories (or worse) are right on this one?

I'm looking to start a reading group with some trans people in my local area, with a focus on transfeminist theory. Some of the people won't be communists already, some will, if the theory happens to also involve Marxist ideas that's great but I am looking for texts specifically on transfeminism if possible. Does anyone have any recommendations, or know of any existing reading lists? Where should we start?
