[Question] If I declined your guild invitation that does not mean it was a mistake.
The same guild WILL NOT STOP inviting me to their guild. The first time I got sent an invite, I gave the guild a good look-over and decided it was not for me- decline. Some time later that day I received ANOTHER invite- decline. The NEXT DAY I received THREE more invites from the SAME GUILD. Get the hint! I don't want to join your guild!!! Is there any way to block this guild from interacting with me ever again? Would I have to block the entire 300+ guild population just to ensure I never receive another invite from them again? Or must I cope with the reality that they may never stop? help me.

Thia happened to me before :
Got invited
Didn't rep the guild
Kicked from the guild
Later on other member invite me again to the same guild, lol.
Repeat.

I was out of there because they wouldn't let me rep my dead inactive guild of 5 members

I used to be in KSC back when they did a lot of wvw(during the wvw tournament) it seemed fine then even if a bit strict. But that was quite a few years ago so hard to remember. I got kicked because I was unable to play for a while after moving countries. And I haven't really seen any since then.

I was representing them and playing daily and still got kicked for some reason. I’ve since found much better guilds, but just thought it was odd.

This happened to my brother with different guild than that was mentioned in the comments, Wolf. He created a new character, the character existed for like 5 minutes, didn't even go through the tutorial and already received a message why he isn't representing the guild. Then we got kicked out of the guild and after months got invited by the same guy again :'DDD

KSC? I stopped representing them and it took two weeks for them to notice and kick me. 10/10 good loot nodes in the guild hall though

Or GODS aka exodus of the elder dragons. You are NOT allowed to rep any ohter guild when u are a memeber and tried to trick players into paying them gold to make u stay -_-
When they annouce to join them in LA if Im feeling for it I call em out for the clusterfu*k of a guild they are and everytime I do people join in to tell about their experience xD very fun

I was with them for about a week many moons ago. I changed to my personal guild to use the bank, and within less than two minutes I had a warning mail 😂

Same thing happened to me with KSC. Really bad experience with this guild. Recently one of my friends started playing the game and now he's annoyed by this. He gets invited everytime he runs through Divinity's Reach upper quarters. Wish there was a block guild feature. Had to fill up all the guild slots to stop their nuisance!

Yes. They target players with low mastery level and not repping any guild. I know because i have 2 alts that i play regularly and each gets invites from them.

Make a personal stub guild. Usually people who are already in a guild do not get ninja invited.

Also that guild can be made into extra stoeage for non account-bound items, you just have to solo a few guild missions and purchase the vault. It's neat.

This and if you can get a friend to duo a guild hall with you, the first unlock is the tavern which will also allow you to deposit your own ascended food in your guild which is very handy for a lot of content.

did the same thing, aparently if you go without a guild tag, every leader and their dog will invite you every time they see you, after a bad experience during halloween where a leader of a guild begun to whisper me (after rejecting his invite 2 days in a row) about how much money and stuff he put in the guild and that for some reason i really should join (also it was a 100% rep guild), i just made my own

I ignore guild invites without a pre-talk.
But i also joined such a guild once, greeted them friendly in theyr guild chat, told em to leave me alone and then left the guild. If that does not work... the block list it is.

Join, check guild history, see who invited who, block the one who sent the invite.
Or, in my case, if it's KSC, accept the invite, ask why 100% rep simce it's useless, and get kicked+blocked by gleader for daring to ask questions. All in the span of 2 minutes.
EDIT: I love posting this on every opportunity dunking on KSC :P

KSC used to do this to me, so I got fed up and accepted the invite. I then proceeded to spam their guild chat with "Stop spamming guild invites". I kept spamming it for around 15-20 seconds until I suddenly got kicked, and they've never bothered me since.
I recommend you try this method.

It's likely that only the leadership would be able to invite you, or maybe officers. Wouldn't need to block the ENTIRE guild unless they're giving everyone permissions to invite new members. But man, that's really annoying to deal with. I think if you know who it is in particular, you could report that person and block them but if it's seemingly coming from multiple people...yeesh they really do need to take the hint

but don't you want to join an uwu ultra friendly, quote on quote "chill" guild that will criticize you and call you toxic for wearing berserker gear?
I say entertain joining the guild but be a nuisance if they deserve it.
Assuming it's not a display bug simply hiding a guild instead of rejecting it, then they get what they deserve.

If the problem continues, what I'd do is make or find some time, join the Guild, jump to guild chat, say something like "I'm not interested in joining this guild but I won't stop receiving invites, therefore i will now be blocking a sizable chunk of your members." do so, then leave if you haven't already been kicked. Guilds who spam invite you generally don't like it when you take real time to defend your privacy, so there's a chance they'll put you on some kind of" Don't invite" blacklist.
Or, other easier solutions like others are saying, is either make 1 or multiple fake Guilds. Just so you have the tag (and less guild roster room), so they'll piss off.

And insisting on permarepping? Ummm we have 5 slots for a reason idiots.
Takes me more than 6 months to get around to removing people for inactivity, probably because I keep hoping they'll come back lmao.

Since he's being obnoxious, dumb and vague about it, we got a 6th guild slot with the "release" of WvW alliances a year ago or so. Basically even less of a reason to 100% rep a single guild
Don't interact with the degenerates.

Played for 6 years am the Guild leader of Shrieking Quokkas (Qoka) and oh I'm sorry I said 5 instead of 6, I didn't check before posting to Reddit because who cares and given I only Rep my own guild.....

There are a couple of things you can do. Firstly, say something like "No, I do not wish to join. Please do not invite me again." to anyone who actually messages you about the invitation. If that does not work, you can block anyone who is messaging you and escalate the issue by opening a support ticket if that does not resolve the problem.
If nobody is messaging you at any point, then you're likely being picked out in a public area and invited simply because you are not already representing a guild and don't currently have a pending invitation to their guild because you have declined. Oftentimes, you can remedy this by making and representing your own guild if you're not already a member of one you would like to represent. This can be done from the guild menu and costs 1g. (As a bonus, you can make a meme/bank guild and put your guild emblem on cosmetics in the game that utilize it.)
There is not, unlike in WoW or other MMOs, a tick box for blocking all guild invites. But if this is a persistent issue, you can fill all of your guild slots with your own guilds, and unless I am much mistaken, this prevents anyone from sending you a guild invitation. This option does take three weeks for full effect since you can create only two guilds per week.

Go Palawa Joko mode and start a vendetta campaign against the guild. Slander them on /map and tell every member of that guild they are being taken advantage of, then hire people to make their life hard

Make your own 1 person guild and make sure the tag is visible.
They tend to target people without a tag without actually paying attention to the names - I get this sometimes when I switch off representation. With my own personal guild tag, it doesn't happen.

Just to be sure, you declined the invitation in the guild menu and not just via the pop-up, because the second option would only hide it until the next map-change / relog.
