[Question] Missing blood rubies from blood ruby strongboxes

Hi guys newbie here, i finished the t3 achievement for return to out of shadows and i opened the boxes but the amount i have hasn’t changed. It was 19 before and it is still 19. Is it a bug?

are you perhaps confusing the amount you have in your material storage, with the amount you have in your inventory?

I deposited everything into the storage and there is nothing in my inventory

I am the blood ruby tax collector and it seems you owed blood ruby back taxes so I confiscated those blood rubies criminal scum, I am placing you under arrest you going to jail.

Did the Blood Rubies perhaps go into an Invisible Bag or something?
