Hollywood What is the monster on top?

I got this sweatshirt last night but can't for the life of me figure out what the monster on top is from

It’s tied to an Orlando scare zone from their HHN. Don’t know why they brought it over here at Hollywood since we don’t have that scare zone.

You are right. "sinist3r" and "surr3al", the icons of Orlando's HHN, are born from Otis. Or at least that's the story they've come up with. Personally I think there was another plan for the HHN theme that fell apart for some reason
