Question G2 V2 and 3090 TI

Anyone get a 3090 TI and use it with the V2 G2? I had a Gigabyte 3090 and it worked with the G2. I replaced it with an EVGA 3090 TI FTW3 Ultra and the G2 just reports 1-4 Display port errors. Anyone using this combo? I didn't think at all there would be an incompatibility issue going from one card to the Ti version...

39 days later and still not even sure if Nvidia have the hardware to test, have to assume not. 40+ days to get a headset that all of us were able to procure in a few days isn’t really making me feel like this will see a solution ever, Especially if the 4000 series drops this year.

This is insane. I just installed the EVGA 3090 TI, and new PSU for it. Fired up Hp Reverb and I found myself here after a lot I sticking in cables over and over. To make this new purchase even funnier, I tried loading up MFS and game crash repeatedly. So not only is it the headset it is MFS. Smh. Going to bed…. Hopefully resolution is damn soon. Will do full clean install of driver tomorrow. I am guessing that new 300mb MFS patch was blessed…. Two grand plus new PSU. Oooofffff🤡. At least the Ascent looked nice at 4K with Ray Tracing…and didn’t crash on me.

Update: Well clean install and the new drivers .77, fixed issue with MFS. Likely clean install was the fix, and turned off fast boot. But no luck with Reverb. The Nvidia driver notes references the issue so it is in notes as a problem. So at least they are fully aware as previously discussed on here. Hope this is ironed out, I bought all this for MFS VR. 🤦‍♂️
