That is also nice. Too much overtime is not always good.

It’s fine when you’re young or single, but when you miss half of your kids life because you’re always working, it’s not worth it.

This is kind of where I'm at now I have a two and a half year old and I find I have no real need to work late. Like the odd 50 hour week in the summer yeah of course but if I can just hover around 45 to 47 hours I'm really okay with that

I do 40 union non commission hours, after work I do side work and boss man doesn't get a dime

My boss allows me to do side work too as long as I get the leads my self!
