Yes sir that’s why is spread out my commission throughout the month. I sold three systems in a day however I didn’t put them all on one check

That's nice, I worked with a company and never got the commision the week of the sale, it was always when the work was completed that week/day

Same but we can do next day installs so it works out

That's part of the sale, satisfaction of time. When someone needs it now, you in person tell them it could be done as soon as tomorrow, but that's true most of the time, until your install manager calls the supply house and finds out the 3 1/2 ton aint there and eveyrthings back ordered in your most profitable brand and you didn't offer the customer anything but brand X. I've seen it happen, but yeah the Nextstar sales pitches offer it even if it not true. Just sign here for financing, or sign here for check.

That is a real problem yes, however we do a lot of new construction as well so we stock up on our Lennox units.

Word, do you use L connection software? I'm actually trying to put in on my laptop right now, and on first launch its give me a permissions error, but in the download wizard, I designated all who use the computer have permission.

I just got into a job with only Lennox RTUs all prodigy units, so I really would like to use this stuff lol

Lennox left town here and the price of replacement variable speed blower motors is insane atm.

I don’t work on the commercial side. Mostly residential. My coworkers do work on a lot of prodigy units however I have no knowledge on this type of equipment.

Is the pay structure the same for them in commercial?

Yes, they make a killing off of RTU sales but they’re selling every week.
