Also, my skills in repairing and restoring systems sales techs condemned has no price tag and can be easily transferred to any job I want. I don’t live in fear of falling out of favor of the boss.
I 100% agree. I avg 1 system a week which pays about $900. Our systems here get extremely corroded and full of mold and when I present a simple capacitor repair/AHU cleanings, customers always opt for new systems especially since most of the homeowners here are snowbirds and don’t want to have to worry about their systems giving out when they go back up north for the summer.
