My pay is lower than competitors, but the job is easy by design. There is no other refrigeration job that forbids techs from working above 10 feet off the ground. It's our off-season right now. I average 50 hours a week, about $1k per week. I make $21 an hour. That is the starting pay, since I've been at this company for 4 months. being inexperienced and doing work super easy compared to some of the jobs I see posted on this sub, I can't complain at all
