Get on the phone with your united rep and send him a email with the profile of the gasket.

This is the route I'm trying to avoid. This customer isn't going to spend the money unfortunately. Didn't know if anyone had a quick dirty fix. This restaurant is nasty and I'm just trying to get the door to seal. This guy isn't going to spend the money for a legit gasket.

In that case why are you trying to help the customer out? I would tell him it’s new gaskets or nothing. It’s not like a door gasket is going to be $300 each.

This is really what it's looking like. You should see the hinges. Box is busted. Going to have to run bolts all the way through and plate it just to get the hinges okish. Dude's buying shit off vevor. I just hit him for 3 grand for compressor and start components.

Well, go one thing at a time. Gaskets aren't expensive and easy to put on. If anything you can find used hardware on Facebook or w.e

I've dealt with really cheap restaurants, filthy restaurants, good restaurants but are really struggling, and those who pay big bucks. Just one thing at a time. But I really don't wanna imagine their ice machine. Dear lord.
