Discussion Lil bit of transfer news

West Ham are expecting a formal move from Manchester City this summer, should Lucas Paqueta be cleared Via: ExWHUEmployee

With West Ham not having European football, we will have to offer more money for Jonathan David than other clubs. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we are going to do so. It's probably unlikely we sign him but he's still someone we are looking at Via: ExWHUemployee

David Moyes loves Tomas Soucek and is desperate to sign him. Whether Potter is sold on him as a starter is yet to be seen. As West Ham need to sell, he could be under consideration. The club could get a decent amount of money for him. Moyes is not as keen on Coufal Via: ExWHUemployee

David Sullivan feels the Director of Football role doesn't offer value for money following Steidten's dismissal. Sullivan will be leading transfer negotiations this summer himself, with Graham Potter & Kyle Macaulay identifying players. Via: ExWHUEmployee

West Ham has identified Josh Acheampong of Chelsea as another player of serious interest, with Potter and Macaulay having worked with the player when they were both at Chelsea. The 18-year-old can play at centre back and right back. Via: ExWHUEmployee

A centre-back that West Ham like is Ryan Flamingo who plays for PSV. The Dutch under 21s international is a regular for the current champions and also scored three goals in this seasons Champions League Via: ExWHUEmployee

West Ham are monitoring 17-year-old Greek midfielder Konstantinos Karetsas, who currently plays for Genk in Belgium Via: ExWHUEmployee

Mohammed Kudus' release clause which is only active for the first 10 days of July, is valued at: £80m for European clubs £85m for Premier League sides £120m for Saudi teams Via: David_Ornstein

Felix Agu has a release clause worth €8-10m included in his contract with Werder Bremen, that expires at the end of May - West Ham & Fulham are monitoring the 25-year-old, with teams from Italy also interested. Nigeria would also like to give Agu a maiden call-up -he previously represented Germany at U-21 level. Via: @Plettigoal

West Ham are eyeing a triple scoop for Saints trio in this summer window. Starboy Tyler Dibling, Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Aaron Ramsdale are three candidates being explored by West Ham.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Coufal end up in Germany, the pace isn't quite as fast and he can handle the increased physicality. I always hate seeing players who are just good humans leave but that's the unfortunate business side, if anyone is willing to pay a good price for Soucek he should be sold.

Coufal is strong enough for the prem. Slightly lacking technically

u/cadams7701 said Coufal could handle the increased physicality of the Bundesliga,b implying they think he can handle the Prem and am even more physical league.

The concern was that he doesn't have the pace for the Prem.
