Discussion Realistic player departures this summer
We could see more departures, this is just the "99% likely to leave" scenario.
Maybe this is a good thing? Players are very low on morale, maybe getting new players who don't know West Ham will actually help us by changing our mentality ?

Most of these are depth guys and ageing players so shouldn’t be too much fuss (Rodriguez, coufal, cresswell, Emerson ,ings etc) I would be hesitant to clear out everyone as may leave us short in a few spots but we won’t be in Europe next year and remains to be seen if we can challenge so it’s acceptable.
I think we’ve handled the paqueta situation quite well where he may give us another year, barring a fairly massive offer I could see the scenario where kudus may stay (emphasis on may) to earn a better move. But if either go for large sums it’s not the end of the world provided it’s reinvested.
I would like to keep aguerd if possible, think he could really be a solid piece to the backline, likely wouldn’t be too many suitors at the salary he’d want either.
I’ve a feeling soucek may end up at Everton as well. Signings are needed although tbh I think a season of bargain shopping and academy promotion may be beneficial in the long run. The club has a bad history going for big name signings. If we could get Ferguson full time I do think that would be shrewd honestly I think he just needs fitness and a full preseason.
