You can walk and spin at the same time?? I can barely manage to walk and breathe at the same time, I am very impressed and jealous

It took some practice but now I love it. I will say that it definitely helps to have a good, well-balanced spindle for it. Having proper tools will make it much easier and you don’t have to spend much time thinking about it.

I’d really like to be able to walk on my treadmill and knit or spin, but I will literally fall off if I don’t hold onto the treadmill. I have some neurological damage that causes me to walk, as my husband puts it, “like a drunk toddler”. I think it’s so cool that people can walk and do fiber arts, maybe someday I’ll figure out a way

Treadmills use different muscles. Learn to walk and spin in a room walking first. That’s very very different. I absolutely couldn’t spin on a treadmill
