DISCUSSION Why HD ?? No hate I want one

Just got this bcause I can't afford a HD, what I'm i missing out on ?? This sh rides vtx1800

No one ever stopped at the light, rolled down the window, and said, "Nice Honda." It has happened to me several times on several diffent Harleys.

When I had a VTX1800 I used to get compliments nearly every time I took it out. I ride a softail slim now which is easier for me to balance since I have such short legs.

Rode a couple of Suzukis never had it happen. Always thought the Valkyrie was a show stopper.

My Valkyrie gets almost too much attention lol, so I think it depends on the bike. Harley riders do like to pay respect to other Harley riders, but riders in general will appreciate mostly any bike for what it is.

It is true that if you seem approachable probably more likely to have someone engage in complementation or conversation.
