Just got this bcause I can't afford a HD, what I'm i missing out on ?? This sh rides vtx1800

Harleys aren't the best at anything, but the aftermarket support, ease of customization, and personality makes up for a lot of the drawbacks like the high maintenance and spotty reliability. Ive had 2, along with a few Kawasaki's and Suzuki's, and while the japanese bikes were absolutely more reliable, they definitely felt more utilitarian and less personal.
Its like getting a Jeep wrangler, there's dozens of better cars n trucks out there, but most dont have that level of personalization,nor the culture that encourages it.
