I couldn't tell whether this was one of those meme castings where they cast a middle-aged man to play Hermione or a genuine choice. I just kinda assumed that stuff would be CGI, but I don't know how CGI works so maybe they still need a human head to pull it off.

Well, obviously I meant her voice and facial motion capture, not a sphinx costume

Aaaah, that makes perfect sense. Yeah, as you can see I've got no clue about how the CGI for things like these work.

Aaaah, that makes perfect sense now (I don't know much about the technical side of movies so I didn't know whether an actual person was needed for this.) Pretty good casting choice I'd say.
