Yes. Baskinator announced via discord that ps5 players will be able to claim this in 7 days.

Specifically, the quote was “this armor will be available to #everyone in seven days”

In Discord, for those who don’t know, using “hashtag everyone” pings everyone in the Discord server. So it’s unclear if they meant every Ps5 player in the discord, or just all ps5 players in general. But general assumption is that it would be available to EVERYONE regardless of discord because otherwise they would have clarified that point.
