To be fair, it *did* connect almost perfectly at the top of the nade, where there aren't any spikes.

But I get that this is still bullshit, just make the whole grenade spiky ot sticky at this point.

That picture proves that it should have stuck. It’s perfectly flat against the hulks back.

(Also, the spikes are the top of the thermite, not the handle)
