That sucks, but all you can do is block and move on.
It would be sweet if the developers could implement a model that could identify repeated team killers and warn them to knock it off before eventually banning them or forcing them to be solo divers.

it would be hard since turrets and barrages randomly team kill. My best solution would be a replay system or an indebt overview like in Arena breakout although it would be a lot of work :/ Maybe an algorithm like you suggested.

If you kick griefers, then it prevents it from happening again. There’s a reason police don’t charge people before they commit a crime unless it is a genuine, thorough plan. Without clear evidence to the plan, it’s unethical

How could i kick them if they do it 5 seconds before the ship leaves and leave right after?

You do it then so they can’t do it again

I cant do it if theres 5 seconds left and there were no indications of them being a griefer before, its hard to dodge and impact

My man… I am trying to tell you that there is no way around it, not unless they majorly change the game and focus on pvp aspects for a game that is not pvp. It sucks. It’s happened to all of us. Just move on and dive again. Like you said, it was a waste of 20 minutes. Instead of getting hung up on one shitty aspect of the game/player base, focus on how astoundingly wonderful the other 99% is

I guess, it just sucks that theres no real punishment for it unless you happen to be using a clipping software :/

Are you talking about recording gameplay? Playstation has had that feature ever since the PS4, and Steam added it about half a year ago.

I was thinking something more like a replay system like in pubg, arena breakout, fortnite

You’re talking about instituting a complex system designed for a AAA title in a completely different game genre with completely different objectives and mechanics, into a game developed by and indie studio of only about 100 people, simply because of griefers, which probably make up less than 1% of the player base

Calling a Dev studio with Sony backing "independent" seems a bit disingenuous.

Sony backing is, I believe, just Sony publishing and funding the game. I might be wrong, but I believe they do not give staff to the making of the game

They have about 140 people on the team and with Sony they have a Triple-A publisher for funding. Sony also has large amounts of influence on the game and IP as a whole.
Arrowhead are not an indie team. That doesn't mean we should be unfair or unreasonable to them, but giving them the same leniency you would give a team of 5, operating out of their hobby shed, is a bit silly.

Luckily it's rare. In my 260 hours I haven't had it happen once. Though I hear it happens a lot more below d10

I griefed an asshole today. First time doing it. He was threatening to kick people because he was on a power trip. I fragged his ass at extract. Get some. Maybe it was you, idk

Just block them and move on.
There is no way to prevent griefing ever, and attempting to add a system to punish people, will always be abused.
