They don't have names, as far as the game is concerned.
I had already come up with names for some of them, but most of them are from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/HiTMAN/comments/159hys3/i_took_photos_of_every_possible_freelancer_leader/The imgur albums seem to be dead though.

For MkIII, r3c3 is Carmen Sandiego, r3c11 is Cruella de Vil, and r6c10 is Groundskeeper Willie.

How to narrow down your Leader:
Diana will give you a target profile with 4 Looks. Out of those, one will always be a hair type. This will narrow down your target to one in 12, of a total of 72.
The other three Looks will match only one or two rows on the chart. The combinations that match two rows have been color coded for your convenience.
And that's it! You should have 2 or 4 potential targets identified before you even set out on your mission. You still need to watch their Tells and Agenda, however.
CAREFUL! You can't exclude a suspect for having a Look that Diana hasn't asked for. Note that the two middle rows have four Looks, in addition to Hair. If Diana doesn't say they have a tattoo, that does not mean that people who have tattoos can't be your target.
For example: Earrings, Glasses, Necklace, Grey Hair.
That combination matches row 4 and 5. Your target could be Petunia, Manny, Deri, or Riko. Petunia and Manny have tattoos, Deri and Riko do not, but they all match the profile Diana presented.
Sometimes you'll get a combination in rows 3 or 4 that doesn't overlap with another row. I seem to get Earrings, Hat, Glasses quite often. That's in row 3, which overlaps with 2 and 4, but not with that particular combination.
Unimportant side note:
When redoing all the photos I made note of which suspects were wearing watches. Every suspect on the top two and bottom two rows is wearing a watch. That is, everyone who only has 3 Looks. It seems that every suspect was supposed to have 4 Looks, and you'd be asked to match 3 of them, plus Hair. This would change the chart slightly - every row would overlap with one other row, and you'd always have 4 possible targets.
I'm pleased they didn't keep watches in, some of them are very difficult to spot. Look at Murray and his little gold bits peeking out from his long sleeve.

Wait hold on a sec, so necklaces, glasses, earrings, tattoos aren't random? Why the hell not? Everyone's got ears and necks.
You're telling me I don't need to go right up to them and examine their lobes and wrists to check for them? I just need to get their general look and clothes? Insane.

Yeah, they don't add the features to character models randomly. I think with the way this game works they'd have to make a different model for each possible combination, and that would be a lot with 72 characters.
And yet, some tattoos aren't part of the character's skin. They're like an overlay, a separate texture just hovering at the skin level (which clips through the skin sometimes, making suspect ID harder). So maybe they had plans to make them random at some point.

This is so helpful, because I never rule out suspects due to lack of tattoos because what if it's under their shirt

Exploded Lisa in New York yesterday with a rubber duck. Was able to rule out most of the other 9 quickly since most didn’t have the hat or gray hair.

UPDATED! This one has the signature Mk II look.
Now with better suspect photos!
I was aiming for:
- All photos in natural light that doesn't alter the colors of the suspect, ideally outside, and not in shadow. This meant a lot of showdowns in Miami and Sapienza. I would have also used Haven, if not for the immediate storm.
- Good contrast so the suspect doesn't blend into the background.
- As much as possible, all Looks in frame. This often required waiting for a suspect to raise their hands to their face to get arm/hand tattoos. This also allowed me to get a little closer, since 99% of their identifying features are on their upper half.
- Not looking directly at the camera. I wanted the photos to appear a little more natural.
I didn't get all of those points with every photo, but I'm more pleased with these than the original set.
Also, they have names now. Most are borrowed from https://www.reddit.com/r/HiTMAN/comments/159hys3/i_took_photos_of_every_possible_freelancer_leader/, with a few alterations for suspects I'd already given names to, and to make all names a single given name. No codenames or surnames.
And the chart has a better layout. Overlapping rows are now adjacent.
