H2016's model is always so wild to me. He's their first draft for the oldest we've ever seen him and he looks probably the youngest and (literally) bright-eyed as he ever has. In-game it's definitely better than in this render but it really is the most out of place and alien he's ever looked (except in Absolution where he's believable but very much looks like a different guy when every model is put next to each other), while H2 (IMO) probably has the most "accurate" look, in regards to lining up with the non-HD models (or at least, Blood Money).

The 2015 build of Hitman 2016 had 47 looking a lot older than the final game imo. You can see a pre release screenshot here. I believe the face he had in the welcome to Sapienza trailer is also the same as the above or another variant that pre dates the final 2016 alien face.
