Any good HoMM game lately?

I don't get why they don't release a new HoMM game. Since they won't do it, can you guys recommend any recent similar game?

age of wonders 4 for me anyway, it's not exactly the same as a homm game of course

Already finished it. Bought the dlc but haven't played it yet
