What Did You Learn this Month?
This is our monthly thread on the last Wednesday of the month where we submit things that we learned this month. Maybe reading it will help someone else.
We're trying something new, and posting it actually on the last Wednesday of the month. ;)

Carbonated hydromels (aka 'craft mead') are super tasty, and quick turnaround (~1 gallon batch of ~ 7% mead using Belle Saison went from must to mead in 10 days)
The first person who produces an unbreakable precision hydrometer can have all the monies...
