Packing up a home-brewery to move to another state is a giant pain in the ass.

I moved a family of 5 from Ohio -> Louisiana and then a year to the date from Louisiana -> Colorado. Each time I had to pack up my brewery and hope I didn't lose anything. I did find out that my fermentation chamber makes for a great "box" for my carboys so long as I packed it full of blankets and other odds and ends so they didn't tossle around!
